1: Passport

  • Requirement: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay.
  • Tip: Apply or renew early; processing can take several weeks.

2: University Offer Letter:

  • What: Official acceptance or admission letter from the foreign institution.
  • Use: Required for visa application and educational loan processing.

3: Student Visa

Documents Needed (varies by country):

  • Passport
  • Visa application form
  • Offer letter
  • Proof of financial means
  • Health insurance
  • Language proficiency test results
  • Visa fee payment receipt

Tip: Book your visa interview well in advance.

4: Language Proficiency Test Scores

Examples:

  • TOEFL / IELTS (for English-speaking countries)
