Documentation Guidance for Study Abroad:
1: Passport
- Requirement: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay.
- Tip: Apply or renew early; processing can take several weeks.
2: University Offer Letter:
- What: Official acceptance or admission letter from the foreign institution.
- Use: Required for visa application and educational loan processing.
3: Student Visa
Documents Needed (varies by country):
- Passport
- Visa application form
- Offer letter
- Proof of financial means
- Health insurance
- Language proficiency test results
- Visa fee payment receipt
Tip: Book your visa interview well in advance.
4: Language Proficiency Test Scores
Examples:
- TOEFL / IELTS (for English-speaking countries)
- DELF/DALF (for French), TestDaF (for German), etc.
Validity: Usually 2 years
